Conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas preventivas sobre el dengue en los pobladores de Pariña Chico - distrito de Los Aquijes, Ica 2021

Abstract

Determinar el nivel de conocimiento, actitudes y prácticas de los pobladores del distrito de Pariña Chico, Los Aquijes – Ica. Metodología aplicada, descriptiva no experimental. La población estuvo constituida por 500 pobladores y la muestra seleccionada fue de 196 pobladores. Se utilizó como técnica la encuesta y se aplicó como instrumento una ficha de recolección de datos. Se observó un nivel de conocimiento alto con un porcentaje del 44.38%, conocimiento medio con un 27.04% y conocimiento bajo con un 28.58%; Actitudes favorables con un 54.08% y desfavorables con un 45.92%; los pobladores presentan prácticas preventivas correctas con un 59.69% e incorrectas con un porcentaje del 40.31. Se concluye que los pobladores del distrito de Pariña Chico, Los Aquijes presentan un nivel de conocimiento alto junto con unas actitudes favorables y prácticas preventivas correctas frente al Dengue.

To determine the level of knowledge, attitudes and practices of the residents of the district of Pariña Chico, Los Aquijes - Ica. Methodology applied, descriptive, non-experimental. The population consisted of 500 inhabitants and the selected sample was 196 inhabitants. The survey was used as a technique and a data collection form was applied as an instrument. A high level of knowledge was observed with a percentage of 44.38%, medium knowledge with 27.04% and low knowledge with 28.58%; Favorable attitudes with 54.08% and unfavorable with 45.92%; the inhabitants present correct preventive practices with 59.69% and incorrect with a percentage of 40.31. CONCLUSION: It is concluded that the inhabitants of the district of Pariña Chico, Los Aquijes present a high level of knowledge together with favorable attitudes and correct preventive practices against Dengue.
