Resumen
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar
los factores profesionales y organizacionales relacionados con la calidad
de las anotaciones de enfermería en los servicios de Medicina en el
Hospital Nacional Daniel Alcides Carrión - 2014.
La metodología de este trabajo de investigación es cuantitativa,
método descriptivo correlacional de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo
constituida por 40 Lic. De Enfermería y 120 Historias Clínicas, que
contienen las anotaciones de Enfermería realizadas en el mes de Abril y
Mayo del 2014.
Los resultados obtenidos muestran que los factores profesionales :
medianamente adecuados son un 72.5%, la calidad de las anotaciones
de enfermería son de manera regular en un 47.5%. Los factores
organizacionales medianamente adecuados son un 92.5%, la calidad de
las anotaciones de enfermería son de manera regular en un 47.5%. Así
mismo se observa que respecto a la calidad de las anotaciones de
Enfermería, el 47.50% es de regular calidad, el 35% de mala calidad y el
17.50%de buena calidad.
Se concluye que existe una relación significativa entre los factores
profesionales y la calidad de las anotaciones de enfermería. Existe una
relación significativa entre los factores organizacionales y la calidad de
las anotaciones de enfermería. Las anotaciones de Enfermería son de
regular calidad y mala calidad dado que el mayor porcentaje de
Enfermeras no cumplen con ciertas características de forma según la
normativa sobre el llenado correcto de las notas en las Historias Clínicas
y con ciertas características de contenido que comprende la aplicación
de fas etapas del PAE. The objective of this research was to determine the main
professionat and organizationat factors retated to the quality of the
annotations of nursing services in the medicine in the National Hospital
Daniel Alcides Carrión - 2014.
The methodology of this research work is quantitative, descriptiva
correlational method of sectional. The sample was composed of 40
Nursing and 120 medical histories, which contain the Nursing notes
made in April and May of 2014.
The results obtained show that the occupational factors are fairly
adequate a 72.5 %, the quality of the nursing notes are on a regular
basis ata 47.5 %. Organizational factors are a fairly adequate 92.5 %,
the quality of the nursing notes are regularly in a 47.5 %. U is aJso noted
that with regard to the quality of the nursing notes, the 47.50 % is of fair
quality, 35% of poor quality and the 17.50% of good quality.
tt is conduded that there is a signfficant retationship between
occupational factors and the quality of the nursing notes. There is a
significant relationship between organizational factors and the quality of
the nursing notes. The nursing notes are of fair quality and poor quality
given that the largest perce~tage of nurses do not comply with certain
characteristics of form according to the laws governing the proper filling
of the notes on the medica! pistones and with certain characteristics of
content that includes the implementation of the stages of the PAE.
