Tesis intitulada; “Opinión de los pacientes con Diabetes Mellitus tipo II, sobre terapia alternativa en el Hospital Regional del Cusco ,2020”, tuvo como objetivo: Analizar la opinión de los pacientes con Diabetes Mellitus tipo II, sobre terapia alternativa en el Hospital Regional del Cusco,2020. La metodología es de tipo descriptivo- analítico, de naturaleza cualitativo. Los resultados obtenidos de las opiniones de los pacientes con diabetes mellitus tipo II ,se pudo evidenciar que la mayoría de pacientes entrevistadas diagnosticadas con Diabetes Mellitus tipo II, son personas mayores que su rango de edad oscilan entre 43 y 66 años de edad, todos ellos pacientes del Hospital Regional Del Cusco. referente a la Dimensión de interacción, las personas encuestadas sienten confianza por el personal de salud así mismo poseen un conocimiento de terapias alternativas gracias a familiares y amigos cercanos a los pacientes. referente a la dimensión de terapéutica, la mayoría de los encuestados indico que los médicos, enfermeras, no les explicaron o recetaron tratamientos alternativos al farmacológico, y en relación a si quisieran probar terapias alternativas la mayoría dijo que sí. Sobre los testimonios de los pacientes respecto a la dimensión de efectos secundarios, la mayoría de los pacientes refieren que al inicio de sus tratamientos presentaron varios problemas como los visuales, estomacales, y otros. Otro grupo presento mejoría al tratamiento farmacológico, y a la pregunta si conocen reacciones adversas al tratamiento con terapias alternativas la mayoría respondió que no conocían casos algunos.Intitled ; “Opinion of patients with Diabetes Mellitus type II, on alternative therapy in the Regional Hospital of Cusco ,2020“, had as objective: To analyze the opinion of patients with Diabetes Mellitus type II, on alternative therapy in the Regional Hospital of Cusco,2020, the methodology is of descriptive- analytical type, of qualitative nature. Referring to the Dimension of interaction, the interviewed people feel confidence by the health personnel also they possess a knowledge of alternative therapies thanks to relatives and close friends to the patients. Regarding the therapeutic dimension, most of the respondents indicated that doctors, nurses, did not explain to them or prescribed alternative treatments to the pharmacological one, and regarding if they wanted to try alternative therapies most of them said yes. Regarding the patients' testimonies on the side effects dimension, most of the patients refer that at the beginning of their treatments they presented several problems such as visual, stomach, and others. Another group presented improvement to the pharmacological treatment, and to the question, if they know of adverse reactions to the treatment with alternative therapies most responded that they did not know of some cases.Tesis
