| dc.description | La arquitectura empresarial propuesta tiene como objetivo alinear las soluciones de tecnología con el proceso de servicio de monitoreo ambiental de un laboratorio de ensayo medio ambiental. Para lograr el objetivo, se propone el uso del marco de trabajo TOGAF para elaborar la arquitectura empresarial y el marco de trabajo SCRUM para desarrollar las soluciones de software propuestas.
El tiempo de respuesta al cliente, es uno de los motores por el cual la organización objetivo se preocupa en atender. Es por ello, que alineado a este objetivo se origina la siguiente propuesta dividida en cuatro capítulos.
En el primer capítulo se desarrolla la definición del proyecto. Se describe a la organización conjuntamente con su misión, visión, objetivos estratégicos, organigrama y alcance del proyecto. También, se especifica el objetivo general, los objetivos específicos y los beneficios tangibles e intangibles que la organización obtendrá con la solución planteada.
El segundo capítulo contiene el marco teórico, donde se describe el fundamento teórico del negocio, las tendencias y marcos de trabajo aplicados en el proyecto.
El tercer capítulo contiene el análisis del proyecto. En este capítulo se describe la propuesta de la arquitectura empresarial utilizando el marco de trabajo TOGAF y el uso de SCRUM como marco de trabajo para el desarrollo de las soluciones de software que surgen para cubrir las brechas encontradas.
Finalmente, el cuarto capítulo contiene la propuesta del proyecto. En este se especifica un resumen ejecutivo, un marco teórico, el posicionamiento y la organización del proyecto. | |
| dc.description | The proposed business architecture aims to align the technology solutions with the environmental monitoring service process of an environmental testing laboratory. To achieve the objective, the use of the TOGAF framework is proposed to develop the business architecture and the SCRUM framework to develop the proposed software solutions.
The response time to the client is one of the motors for which the objective organization is concerned with attending. That is why, aligned with this objective, the following proposal is divided into four chapters.
In the first chapter the definition of the project is developed. The organization is described in conjunction with its mission, vision, strategic objectives, organization chart and scope of the project. Also, it specifies the general objective, the specific objectives and the tangible and intangible benefits that the organization will obtain with the proposed solution.
The second chapter contains the theoretical framework, which describes the theoretical foundation of the business, trends and frameworks applied in the project.
The third chapter contains the analysis of the project. This chapter describes the proposal of the enterprise architecture using the TOGAF framework and the use of SCRUM as a framework for the development of the software solutions that emerge to cover the gaps found.
Finally, the fourth chapter contains the project proposal. This specifies an executive summary, a theoretical framework, the positioning and the organization of the project | |
