| dc.description | En nuestro país muchas familias tienen una mascota y los consideran como un niño pequeño que no puede manifestar sus molestias, por lo que estar presente durante su atención es de suma importancia, pero el problema radica en los horarios de atención de las veterinarias que muchas veces no coinciden con el tiempo disponible de los dueños de mascotas. Por ello, el proyecto de negocio PetsHealthy (Mascotas saludables) busca atender las necesidades de dos segmentos de clientes, las personas con mascotas y las clínicas veterinarias, enfocándose inicialmente en atender las necesidades de estos segmentos en Lima Metropolitana. PetsHealthy brindará al segmento de personas con mascotas el servicio de veterinarios a domicilio, servicios de emergencia y control de la historia clínica de la mascota; y, para el segmento de clínicas veterinarias será un canal que contenga el registro de las atenciones médicas que efectúan, control de citas, cumpleaños, vacunas y el de dashboard de información de ventas y del mercado.
PetsHealthy busca ser la mejor alternativa digital especializada en la atención integral de las mascotas a lo largo de su vida, priorizando el uso de las nuevas tecnologías en la atención; esto a su vez, facilitará a las clínicas veterinarias mejorar sus productos, servicios, política de precios, lanzamiento de nuevos servicios, estrategias de fidelización, entre otras ventajas. | |
| dc.description | In our country many families have a pet and consider them as a small child who cannot express their discomfort, so being present during their care is of the utmost importance, but the problem lies in the hours of attention of the veterinarians that many times they do not coincide with the available time of the pet owners. Therefore, the PetsHealthy business project seeks to meet the needs of two customer segments, people with pets and veterinary clinics, initially focusing on meeting the needs of these segments in Metropolitan Lima. PetsHealthy will provide the segment of people with pets with home veterinary services, emergency services and control of the pet's medical history; and, for the segment of veterinary clinics, it will be a channel that contains the record of medical care performed, control of appointments, birthdays, vaccinations and the sales and market information dashboard.
PetsHealthy seeks to be the best digital alternative specialized in the comprehensive care of pets throughout their lives, prioritizing the use of new technologies in care; this in turn, will facilitate veterinary clinics to improve their products, services, pricing policy, launch of new services, loyalty strategies, among other advantages. | |
