Parasitosis Intestinal y su Relación con el Grado de Anemia en Niños de la I.E. “Cristo Rey” N° 16006 Fila Alta – Jaén, 2019

Resumen
En el presente estudio de investigación tuvo como objetivo, relacionar la parasitosis intestinal con el grado de anemia en niños de la Institución educativa. “CRISTO REY” Fila Alta – Jaén, 2019, Siendo un estudio descriptivo, correlacional, con diseño no experimental de corte transversal, la muestra estuvo constituida por 250 niños, a quienes se les realizo análisis coprológico de heces, utilizándose las técnicas: directas con suero fisiológico y lugol, de concentración por sedimentación y de Graham para identificar, Enterobius vermicularis. Para clasificar los grados de anemia (leve, moderada y severa) se realizó mediante el dosaje de hemoglobina con hemoglobinometro. Obteniéndose como resultados: el 76% de prevalencia general de parasitismo intestinal, y las especies parasitarias más frecuentes fueron: Blastocystis hominis 48.8%, Entamoeba coli 14.8%, Enterobius vermicularis 14.4%, Giardia lamblia 13.6%, Endolimax nana 6.4%, Entamoeba histolytica 1.6% y la menos frecuente Hyminolepis nana con 0.8%. La prevalencia de anemia fue de 11.2 % en los niños estudiados considerando que los grados de anemia fueron anemia leve con 8%, anemia moderada 3.2% y el 88.8% dentro de los valores normales. Se concluye en base a datos encontrados que la parasitosis intestinal tiene relación con los grados de anemia mediante la prueba estadística de Chi – cuadrado.
