Concreto Antideslave con Incorporación de Aditivos para Vaciado en Estructuras Bajo Nivel Freático Alto - Distrito De Jaén

Resumen
En el presente trabajo de investigación se buscó encontrar una solución frente a la problemática de vaciado de concreto en un medio con presencia de agua, lo que ocasiona problemas tales como lavado de finos y como consecuencia resistencias muy por debajo a las que se diseñó el concreto. Con el propósito de reducir estos efectos se recurrió a la adición de Microsílice el cual otorga una mayor cohesión y viscosidad en el concreto, así mismo se incorporó aditivo superplastificante para darle al concreto la propiedad de autocompactarse por acción de su propio peso sin alterar la relación a/c. Optándose por el método tremie como método de vaciado de concreto bajo el agua.
Se partió de un estudio cuidadoso de los componentes que formaron el concreto, además se siguió la metodología de diseño propuesta por el ACI 237R-07, con la optimización de la pasta y el esqueleto granular por separado, realizando mezclas de prueba para posteriormente establecer los diseños adecuados. Se trabajó con tres porcentajes de adición de Microsílice: 6%, 10% y 14% en peso del material cementante manteniendo la misma relación a/c de 0.45, evaluando propiedades como fluidez, viscosidad, capacidad de relleno, capacidad de paso, pérdida de finos y finalmente la resistencia a la compresión a los 7, 14 y 28 días. Se pudo concluir que a mayor adición de Microsílice el concreto tiene un buen desempeño bajo el agua observándose una mínima perdida de finos; así mismo la resistencia a la compresión se incrementa notablemente proporcionalmente al incremento de la microsílice.
