Adaptación al cambio climático y fomento de ciudades sostenibles y resilientes Paz, justicia e instituciones sólidas PRESENCIAL El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo, analizar de qué manera se garantiza la
eliminación de barreras burocráticas según el Decreto Legislativo N° 1256 en la
promoción de la energía renovable; donde se desarrolló bajo el enfoque cualitativo,
cuyo diseño del estudio la teoría fundamentada, siendo esto acorde al enfoque por
la cualidad interpretativa, con un nivel descriptivo, en acorde a la descripción de los
rasgos más resaltantes en el estudio; asimismo esta estudio es de tipo básico,
porque es solo para conocimiento científico que no se materializa en la práctica;
concluyéndose que efectivamente la norma tiene la finalidad de proteger y vigilar
de las exigencias ilegales al administrado; sin embargo no garantiza de la
actuación administrativa de los funcionarios de la administración pública que no dan
cumplimiento de forma unilateral la norma legal, aplicando barreras ilegales e
irracional de requisitos para la promoción de las energías renovables.
