Resistencia a la fatiga cíclica de los instrumentos reciprocantes

Resumen
Los sistemas reciprocantes son elaborados a base de aleaciones de níquel titanio, son elásticos y más flexibles que las limas de acero. Esto permite realizar tratamientos de conductos curvos, facilitando la limpieza y conformación de conductos. Antes de escoger el sistema que se va utilizar, el cirujano dentista debe conocer las capacidades y limitaciones de cada sistema basado en evidencias científicas. Realiza una revisión de literatura sobre la fatiga cíclica y el movimiento reciproco para la instrumentación de los sistemas de canales radiculares mostrando las ventajas y desventajas de la utilización de esta cinemática de instrumentación.
