En el presente informe académico se realizó el resumen, análisis, contenido doctrinario y jurisprudencial, acerca del expediente N.º 00894-2015-0.1001-JR-PE-05, dentro del cual se denotaron los tipos penales de robo agravado y hurto agravado.
