El Nivel de Hemoglobina de la Gestante y su Relación con el Peso del Recién Nacido en el Centro de Salud Imperial de la Provincia de Cañete en el año 2012

Resumen
Trabajo de investigación Mantener el valor adecuado de hemoglobina en la gestante ayudara a controlar las posibles
alteraciones y patologías perinatales que se puedan presentar durante el embarazo parto y
post parto, como son el parto pretermino y el recién nacido pequeño para la edad
gestacional que podrían tener graves consecuencias en la salud del recién nacido. Es por
ello que el presente estudio de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia
del nivel de hemoglobina de la gestante sobre el peso del recién nacido de las pacientes
atendidas en el Centro de Salud Imperial de la Provincia de Cañete en el año 2012. La
metodología empelada para su desarrollo fue el diseño no experimental de tipo descriptivo
– correlacional – retrospectivo, para lo cual se recolecto información de 34 gestantes con
anemia durante el periodo en estudio, si bien es cierto los datos estadísticos arrojan que
en el Centro de Salud Imperial hay menos de gestantes de Hemoglobina baja 17.6%
contrastando con los resultados obtenidos en el estudio que demuestran que el 18% de las
gestantes tiene Hemoglobina baja y un 12% tuvo recién nacido de peso deficitario y el 6%
tuvo recién nacido de peso normal.
