making in the company Agrícola Río Grande S.A.C de Trujillo 2019, the same that is applied
and descriptive type. This will be done using documentary analysis methods and
questionnaires, filtering information through a questionnaire guide. The equilibrium point has
been determined: 28220 Kg, and in soles amounts to S/ 275,513 soles, the use of the equilibrium
point in decision-making was implemented. The solution when price decreases is to renegotiate
long-term input prices by 10%, raising the net margin from 28% to 30.6%, the operating margin
of 22.9% to 25.5% and the net margin of 15.3% to 17.5%; for the second scenario the solution
is to pay the financial debt in full and reduce the payroll by 20%, with which the gross margin
increases from 33.3% to 34.1%, the operational margin from 28.7% to 29.6% and the net
margin from 20.7% to 25.1%. So it is claimed that the equilibrium point can be used as a tool
for making decisions and obtaining better results. Tesis
