Aprovechamiento hídrico y sistema de captación de agua pluvial en techos de la Facultad de Ingeniería de la Universidad Peruana Los Andes – Huancayo

Resumen
La presente tesis aborda el tema del aprovechamiento hídrico y su relación con el sistema de captación de agua pluvial con la que se formuló como problema general: ¿Cuál es la relación entre el aprovechamiento hídrico y el sistema de captación de agua pluvial en techos de la Facultad de Ingeniería de la Universidad Peruana Los Andes – Huancayo? ; siendo el objetivo general “Establecer la relación entre el aprovechamiento hídrico y el sistema de captación de agua pluvial en techos de la Facultad de Ingeniería de la Universidad Peruana Los Andes – Huancayo” ; la hipótesis general que se verificó es “Existe una relación directa entre el aprovechamiento hídrico y el sistema de captación de agua pluvial en techos de la Facultad de Ingeniería de la Universidad Peruana Los Andes – Huancayo”.
El método de investigación corresponde al método científico, según la finalidad o tipo de investigación es aplicada con un nivel descriptivo-correlacional y un diseño no experimental de corte transversal; así mismo la población y muestra son todos los techos de la Facultad de Ingeniería de la Universidad Peruana Los Andes – Huancayo.
Se concluyó que existe una relación directa muy alta entre el aprovechamiento hídrico y el sistema de captación de agua pluvial en la Facultad de Ingeniería de la Universidad Peruana Los Andes con un coeficiente de Pearson de 0.88 donde se estableció que el 88.0 % de la variable “sistema de captación de agua pluvial” está en función de la variable “aprovechamiento hídrico”. Como resultado de esta investigación se calculó un 54% de abastecimiento en actividades de descarga de inodoros, riego de áreas verdes y limpieza en general de las instalaciones, actividades que no requieren del uso del agua potable, abastecidos por dos tanques de almacenamiento de 120 m3 y 180 m3 utilizando un área total de 3316.94 m2 de captación, para una población universitaria de 4503 personas correspondientes a la Facultad de Ingeniería de la Universidad Peruana Los Andes.
