el derecho a la igualdad en tiempos de pandemia, Tacna 2020, tuvo como
objetivo general determinar de qué manera el clientelismo se relaciona con el
derecho a la igualdad en tiempos de pandemia, Tacna, 2020, además de analizar
y estudiar la asimetría y la redistribución de bienes públicos.
Se utilizó la metodología bajo el enfoque cualitativo, de tipo básica y mediante el
diseño de teoría fundamentada.
La discusión de los resultados fue realizada en función a la recolección acuciosa
de literatura a través de la técnica de entrevista, el análisis de fuente documental
con sus respectivos instrumentos y los trabajos previos. En conclusión, se
comprobó los supuestos materia de investigación.
Se concluyó que existe una innegable relación entre el clientelismo y el derecho
a la igualdad, pues la primera supone una práctica recurrente que afecta
considerablemente la democracia, y sin duda, la institucionalidad y la igualdad
en sus dos vertientes, puesto que, la distribución de bienes estatales que ofrece
las redes clientelares influye negativamente y de manera grave en la
universalidad del derecho a la igualdad, en tanto la asimetría incide gravemente
en los derechos humanos.
