Sistemas de información geográfica para control de inmunizaciones, en niños de 0-1 año Essalud Huancavelica

Resumen
La presente tesis tuvo como objetivo determinar cómo mejoran los sistemas de
información geográfica el proceso control de inmunizaciones en niños de 0-1 año
EsSalud Huancavelica; investigación aplicada de nivel experimental con diseño pre
experimental y método experimental. Contó con una población de 253 niños de 0 a 1
año de edad y una muestra de 89 niños. Empleando el instrumento de lista de cotejo
para la variable sistemas de información geográfica (SIG) y ficha de observación en el
proceso de seguimiento post implementación de SIG. Y como resultados se evidencia
que cuentan con hardware para SIG en la pre implementación 100.00% (06) y Software
para SIG 0.00% (00); después de la post implementación se evidencia 100.00% (06)
de hardware y 100% (06) de Software para SIG; como elementos expuestos se tiene
un 54.55% (06) enfermeras y 45.44% (05) técnicas en enfermería. Respecto al
cumplimiento del esquema de vacunación durante la pre implementación con los SIG
fue de 42.70% (38) niños en las diferentes vacunas programadas y en la post
implementación con los SIG se cumplió con 62.92% (56) y durante la pre y post
implementación con los SIG se evidenció 03 casos de eventos supuestamente a
vacunación o inmunización. Llegando a la siguiente conclusión; los SIG favorecen al
proceso de control de inmunizaciones en niños de 0-1 año EsSalud Huancavelica con
un valor de Mcnemar de 0.008 que es menor al valor de significancia de 0.05. Tesis
