Resumen
Trujillo El Molino El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo principal determinar el nivel de resiliencia en clientes adultos de un centro de entrenamiento físico de Trujillo. Esta investigación fue de tipo descriptiva, con un diseño no experimental transaccional y de enfoque cuantitativo. En donde la muestra estuvo compuesta por 95 participantes de un centro de entrenamiento físico de Trujillo, los cuales fueron seleccionados mediante un muestreo probabilístico por conveniencia. Se utilizó como instrumento de evaluación la Escala de Resiliencia (SV-RES) por Villalta (2008) y fue adaptada en Perú por Greta Aldave (2018). Los resultados señalaron que el 63.15% de los evaluados presentan un nivel promedio de resiliencia total, mientras que el 21.05% presenta un nivel alto y un 15.80% tiene un nivel bajo, esto se ve reflejado cuando los adultos demuestran que tiene una resiliencia media y son totalmente flexible a los cambios, afronta los problemas con confianza y creatividad, es optimista y ve los obstáculos cómo oportunidades para crecer de manera regular.
