Resumen
Lima Norte Escuela de Ingeniería de Sistemas Sistemas de Información y Comunicaciones Tecnologías de la información y comunicación Desarrollo económico, empleo y emprendimiento Trabajo decente y crecimiento económico Este estudio se titula "Un algoritmo inteligente para la clasificación de vehículos
y la extracción de caracteres de matrículas". La investigación aborda la cuestión
de los algoritmos que no mezclan 2 funcionalidades y, por tanto, su objetivo
principal era crear un algoritmo inteligente para categorizar vehículos y extraer
caracteres de las matrículas. Para lograr esto, se empleó la metodología de
desarrollo CommonKads para el desarrollo de algoritmos y SCRUM sirvió como
enfoque de gestión de proyectos. La investigación utilizó varias tecnologías
como YOLO (You Only Look Once Algorithm), EASYOCR (Optical Character
Recognition), Google COLAB, Python, TensorFlow y más. Este estudio sigue un
enfoque preexperimental aplicado con una perspectiva cuantitativa e involucró
un conjunto de datos de 30 fotografías de vehículos. La observación fue la
técnica de investigación elegida y las hojas de registro de observación fueron las
herramientas de recolección de datos empleadas.
