Resumen
La presente investigación en la tesis de grado titulado “Evaluación de caudales máximos de diseño mediante modelos hidrológicos en subcuencas alto andinas con escasa información, Subcuenca Yacus, Junín 2021”, estableció como objetivo determinar los caudales máximos de diseño evaluados mediante modelos hidrológicos en la Subcuenca Yacus, Junín en el 2021. Como metodología se aplicó el método científico, del tipo aplicada, del nivel descriptivo-comparativo y diseño no experimental de corte longitudinal. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se recopiló el registro histórico con una extensión 37 años de la precipitación máxima en 24 horas de las estaciones meteorológicas Jauja, Ingenio, Ricran y Comas, dichos registros fueron completados y extendidos, para seguidamente ser analizados mediante la prueba de datos dudosos y análisis de curva de doble masa. Luego de verificar que los registros históricos de las 4 estaciones meteorológicas son consistentes, se procedió a realizar el análisis estadístico de la información mediante la aplicación de las distribuciones de probabilidad, determinándose mediante la prueba de bondad de ajuste Kolmogorov – Smirnov, la distribución que más se ajusta y en base a esté se calculó la precipitación máxima en 24 horas para los periodos de retorno de 25, 50, 100, 200 y 500 años para cada estación, para que con estos valores y haciendo uso del software ArcGis 10.3 se obtenga la
precipitación ponderada por el método de las Isoyetas, a nivel de subcuenca y microcuencas para los periodos de retorno de 25, 50, 100, 200 y 500 años. Una vez obtenida la precipitación ponderada se procedió a generar las curvas IDF,
hietograma de precipitación de diseño y hidrograma unitario de Snyder mediante la modelación hidrológica en HEC-HMS, para los modelos hidrológicos IILA SENAMHI UNI, Bell y Dick – Peschke, a nivel de subcuenca y microcuencas para los periodos de retorno de 25, 50, 100, 200 y 500 años. Los resultados fueron que,
los caudales máximos de diseño para las microcuencas Paca (W800), Huambo (W680), Huala (W780), Masma (W1040), Yacus (W1130) y Molinos (W810) para los periodos de retorno de 25 a 500 años calculados mediante el modelo hidrológico IILA SENAMHI UNI varían de 33.80-50.30 m3/s, 69.80-105.90 m3/s, 40.60-62.70 m3/s, 22.70-34.90 m3/s, 88.70-138.00 m3/s, y 61.30-93.00 m3/s respectivamente,
los caudales máximos estimados por el modelo hidrológico Bell varían de 26.50-
72.00 m3/s, 52.90-155.10 m3/s, 31.10-90.10 m3/s, 17.20-50.90 m3/s, 66.30-198.50

m3/s y 46.10-136.50 m3/s respectivamente y los caudales máximos cuantificados por el modelo hidrológico Dick - Peschke varían en 32.20-49.30 m3/s, 63.20-99.50 m3/s, 37.70-60.50 m3/s, 20.60-32.80 m3/s, 76.50-123.700 m3/s, y 53.90-84.80 m3/s
respectivamente. Así mismo, se determinó los caudales máximos de diseño a nivel
de subcuenca por cada modelo hidrológico para los periodos de retorno de 25 a 500 años, obteniéndose los siguientes resultados para la Subcuenca Yacus, por el modelo hidrológico IILA SENAMHI UNI de 297.90-457.00 m3/s, por el modelo hidrológico Bell de 224.50-662.20 m3/s y por el modelo hidrológico Dick - Peschke de 263.60-419.10 m3/s. La investigación muestra como conclusión de acuerdo con el análisis comparativo con los valores generados por el Método de regionalización de caudales – Método de la Envolvente de Creager para la Subcuenca Yacus, que el modelo hidrológico IILA SENAMHI UNI es representativo solo para las microcuencas Huambo (W680), Yacus (W1130) y Huala (W780), el modelo hidrológico Bell es representativo solo para las microcuencas Masma (W1040) y Molinos (W810), y finalmente el modelo hidrológico Dick-Peschke es representativo solo para la microcuenca Paca (W800), y para la subcuenca Yacus (de acuerdo con el análisis realizado a nivel de subcuenca).
