mantenimiento predictivo por termografía y vibración para mejorar la
confiabilidad en electrobombas de un ingenio azucarero. La metodología de la
investigación fue aplicada con diseño no experimental. Se determinó el estado
actual del mantenimiento predictivo de la electrobomba, mediante las técnicas
predictivas: termografía y vibración, encontrando un mal estado con un 57%. Se
estableció que el estado de la confiabilidad de la electrobomba del ingenio
azucarero, tiene una condición mala con un porcentaje de 58%. Se determinó
analíticamente la confiabilidad de la electrobomba por el método LogNormal con
la implementación del mantenimiento predictivo encontrando que la confiabilidad
aumento de 83.98% a un 94.24%, con un incremento de 10.26%. El cual es
aceptable para la electrobomba y para la empresa. El presupuesto económico
para la implementación del mantenimiento predictivo por termografía y vibración
asciende a un monto de 28350.00 soles, de los cuales el 27% se designa en
costos de análisis termográficos, el 35% en análisis vibracional y el 38% en
costos de mano de obra, concluyendo que la implementación de un
mantenimiento predictivo por termografía y vibración, incrementa la confiabilidad
de la electrobomba.
