Relación entre la anemia gestacional y el parto pretérmino en gestantes del hospital regional Guillermo Díaz de la Vega - Abancay, 2016 a 2017

Resumen
La investigación fue planteada con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre
la anemia gestacional y el parto pretérmino en gestantes del Hospital Regional
Guillermo Díaz de la Vega - Abancay, 2016 – 2017.
Material y métodos. Estudio no experimental, descriptivo de tipo correlacional,
transversal y retrospectivo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 120 gestantes
que presentaron anemia. Se empleó una ficha de recolección de datos
mediante la técnica de la observación directa. Se estimaron frecuencias
relativas y absolutas para las variables cualitativas. Además, se utilizó el
estadístico Chi Cuadrado (x2
) a un nivel de significancia del 95%.
En los resultados se observó que 56.7% de as gestantes anémicas tuvo parto
pretérmino, mientras que 43.3%, no tuvo parto pretérmino. Además, el 100%
de gestantes que tuvo anemia severa termino en parto pretérmino extremo,
asimismo el 14.2% de gestantes con anemia leve tuvo parto muy pretérmino, el
42.9% de gestantes con anemia moderada y severa tuvo parto muy pretérmino
respectivamente, finalmente el 64.0% de gestantes con anemia leve tuvo parto
pretérmino tardío, seguido de un 30% de gestantes con anemia moderada tuvo
parto pretérmino tardío y solo el 6.0% de gestantes con anemia severa termino
en parto pretérmino tardío.
La conclusión a la que se llegó fue: La anemia leve (p=0.001), anemia
moderada (p=0.001) y anemia severa (p=0.001) se relacionaron
estadísticamente al parto pretérmino, demostró relación significativa.
