Plan operativo institucional como herramienta de gestión en la Red de Salud de San Martín.

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación titulada: “Plan operativo institucional como herramienta de gestión en la Red de Salud de San Martín”, información que será de mucha utilidad a la institución pública y en la cual se propuso como objetivo general explicar la importancia del plan operativo institucional de la Red de Salud de San Martin. La investigación se desarrolló en base a diferentes autores que mencionan del plan operativo institucional y fue de tipo descriptivo. Llegando así concluir que el Plan operativo institucional (POI) es un instrumento de gestión de corto plazo cuya finalidad es determinar cuáles serán las líneas de acción estratégica que dentro del año debe desarrollar una entidad para ir concretando los objetivos trazados en el PEI, con la finalidad de alinear y organizar sus esfuerzos y recursos. Asimismo, contiene las actividades de carácter permanente de la Entidad, es decir es de carácter funcional.

The research work entitled: "Institutional operating plan as a management tool in the San Martín Health Network", information that will be very useful to the public institution and in which it was proposed as a general objective to explain the importance of the institutional operating plan of the Health Network of San Martin. The research was developed based on different authors that mention the institutional operative plan and was descriptive. In this way, we conclude that the Institutional Operational Plan (POI) is a short-term management tool whose purpose is to determine the strategic lines of action that an entity must develop within the year to concretise the objectives outlined in the PEI, with the purpose of aligning and organizing your efforts and resources. It also contains the activities of a permanent nature of the Entity, that is, it is functional.
