Calidad del servicio con el uso de tecnología aplicada al monitoreo urbano en el área de seguridad ciudadana de la Municipalidad Provincial de San Martín

Abstract

La presente tesis titulada, Calidad del servicio con el uso de tecnología aplicada al monitoreo urbano en el área de seguridad ciudadana de la Municipalidad Provincial de San Martín; tiene como objetivo general, proponer la tecnología adecuada y aplicada al monitoreo urbano para mejorar la calidad de servicio de seguridad de la Municipalidad Provincial de San Martín. Sus objetivos específicos son: Identificar y sugerir la tecnología aplicada al monitoreo urbano en el área de seguridad ciudadana de la Municipalidad Provincial de San Martín, determinar la calidad de servicio que brinda el área de seguridad ciudadana de la Municipalidad Provincial de San Martín y demostrar la relación del uso de tecnología aplicada al monitoreo urbano en la calidad de servicio que brinda el área de seguridad ciudadana de la Municipalidad Provincial de San Martín. Para el desarrollo de la presente tesis, se identificó la tecnología existente a través de un test de encuesta, observación y entrevistas, para el desarrollo de la aplicación móvil se utilizó el lenguaje de programación PHP, como base de datos Mysql y equipos móviles para hacer las respectivas pruebas del prototipo, como también un servidor gratuito en la nube. Como resultado del uso de la aplicación móvil y vista la influencia directamente en la satisfacción del ciudadano, se puede concluir que la tecnología aplicada al monitoreo urbano está relacionada con la calidad de servicio del área de seguridad ciudadana de la Municipalidad Provincial de San Martín.

The following thesis titled as, Quality of service with the use of technology applied to urban monitoring in the area of citizen security of the Provincial Municipality of San Martín; Its general objective is to propose the appropriate technology and applied to urban monitoring to improve the quality of security service of the Provincial Municipality of San Martín. Its specific objectives are: Identify and suggest the technology applied to urban monitoring in the area of citizen security of the Provincial Municipality of San Martín, determine the quality of service provided by the citizen security area of the Provincial Municipality of San Martín and demonstrate the relationship of the use of technology applied to urban monitoring in the quality of service provided by the citizen security area of the Provincial Municipality of San Martín. For the development of the present thesis, the existing technology was identified through a survey, observation and interview test. For the development of the mobile application, the PHP programming language was used, such as Mysql database and mobile teams to do the respective tests of the prototype, as well as a free server in the cloud. As a result of using the mobile application and seeing the influence directly on citizen satisfaction, it can be concluded that the technology applied to urban monitoring is related to the quality of service of the citizen security area of the Provincial Municipality of San Martín.
