Confort térmico, percepción del espacio y cromoterapia aplicados en la zona de hospitalización de la propuesta arquitectónica del hospital oncológico en la ciudad de Juliaca

La región de Puno reportó 11,478 casos de cáncer entre 2015 y 2021, la falta de infraestructura hospitalaria oncológica ha afectado negativamente la atención a los pacientes, quienes deben buscar tratamiento en el Instituto Regional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas de la Región Sur que ha atendido a 987 pacientes de Puno. El objetivo de la investigación consiste en diseñar un "Hospital Oncológico para la Región Puno", considerando confort térmico, percepción del espacio y cromoterapia para promover la recuperación de pacientes con cáncer. El estudio se centró en mejorar la experiencia de los pacientes a través de estrategias de acondicionamiento térmico, percepción del espacio y cromoterapia. Se utilizó simulación virtual para analizar el impacto del acondicionamiento térmico y se consideraron indicadores de escala, forma, iluminación y textura para evaluar la percepción del espacio. Se realizaron simulaciones con ocho colores para estudiar la cromoterapia. Se recopilaron datos y opiniones a través de una encuesta con lentes de realidad virtual a 37 pacientes hospitalizados en el Hospital Oncológico de Arequipa. El resultado incluye estrategias de acondicionamiento térmico pasivo que cumplen el rango de 19°C a 23°C. En cuanto a preferencias espaciales; mujeres: escala monumental, forma regular, iluminación combinada y textura táctil lisa; hombres: escala monumental, forma curva, iluminación combinada y textura visual; niños: escala monumental, forma curva, iluminación combinada y textura visual. Además, se descubrió que el anaranjado y el azul generan alegría y calma en mujeres y hombres, mientras que el amarillo y el azul son preferidos por los niños. Estos hallazgos guiarán el diseño y la selección de colores para promover la recuperación física y emocional de los pacientes oncológicos.
