El factor de carga y la termografía para simplificar el mantenimiento predictivo de las subestaciones eléctricas de distribución de la ciudad de Juliaca

Resumen
El presente trabajo investigación tiene la finalidad de aplicar el Factor de Carga y la Termografía para simplificar el mantenimiento predictivo de las SED de la ciudad de Juliaca; que consiste en reducir la amplia cantidad de elementos a evaluar, y además permite detectar y conocer las principales anomalías (fallas incipientes) generadas por el exceso de carga. Cuyo enfoque de investigación es del tipo Cuantitativo-Deductivo, porque se realizaron el uso de la recolección de datos, el análisis estadístico y las experiencias existentes para realizar el cálculo del Factor de Carga y la Termografía a fin de simplificar el mantenimiento predictivo. Los alcances de la investigación desarrollados son Descriptivo y Explicativo, porque se analizaron las principales características de los elementos evaluados y se plantearon soluciones puntuales ante esta situación. En el estudio se avaluó 374 SED, de las cuales el Factor de Carga permitió identificar y conocer a las 19 principales SED que se encuentran operando en un estado crítico de sobrecarga, y el Diagnóstico de la Termografía permitió detectar y conocer las 48 principales anomalías (fallas incipientes) que sostienen las 19 SED en sobrecarga; resultados que se demuestran en los 48 reportes de diagnóstico donde se establecen comentarios y recomendaciones para realizar el mantenimiento oportuno de las SED evaluadas. En conclusión, la aplicación del cálculo del Factor de Carga y la Termografía en el mantenimiento predictivo de las SED simplifica la amplia cantidad de elementos a evaluar. Tesis
