Consumo de analgésicos antiinflamatorios no esteroideos en un establecimiento de salud nivel I del distrito de Moche, 2020

Abstract

El presente informe tuvo como objetivo evaluar el consumo de analgésicos antiinflamatorios no esteroideos dispensados en un establecimiento de salud nivel I del distrito de Moche, 2020, los analgésicos antiinflamatorios no esteroideos considerados bajo la forma farmacéutica tableta fueron ibuprofeno 400 mg y naproxeno 550 mg; suspensión jarabe de ibuprofeno 100 mg/5 mL; ampolla de diclofenaco 75 mg/3 mL, los cuales se tomaron del Informe del Consumo Integrado de gestión del Ministerio de Salud. La cantidad anual dispensada de ibuprofeno 400 mg, naproxeno sódico 550, diclofenaco 75 mg/mL e ibuprofeno 100mg/5mL, fueron 11 201, 10 809, 3 819 y 227, unidades, respectivamente. El costo generado por naproxeno 550 mg, ibuprofeno 400 mg, diclofenaco 75 mg/mL e ibuprofeno 100mg/5 mL, fue S/. 1,621.00, S/. 784.11, S/. 611.80 y S/. 181.60, respectivamente. El mayor consumo expresado en DDD/1000 atenciones, fue 1,4, 0,5, 0,2 y 0,1, para naproxeno sódico 550 mg, ibuprofeno 400 mg, diclofenaco 75 mg/mL e ibuprofeno 100mg/5mL, respectivamente. Concluyéndose, que ibuprofeno 400 mg tuvo la mayor cantidad de unidades dispensadas y naproxeno sódico 550 mg el de mayor costo y consumo.

ABSTRACT The objective of this report was to evaluate the consumption of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics dispensed in a level I health facility in the Moche district, 2020. The non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics considered under the tablet pharmaceutical form were ibuprofen 400 mg and naproxen 550 mg; ibuprofen syrup suspension 100 mg/5 mL; ampoule of diclofenac 75 mg/3 mL, which were taken from the Integrated Consumption Management Report of the Ministry of Health. The annual amounts dispensed for ibuprofen 400 mg, naproxen sodium 550, diclofenac 75 mg/mL, and ibuprofen 100 mg/5 mL were 11.201, 10.809, 3.819, and 227 units, respectively. The cost generated by naproxen 550 mg, ibuprofen 400 mg, diclofenac 75 mg/mL and ibuprofen 100mg/5 mL, was S/. 1,621.00, S/. 784.11, 611.80 and 181.60, respectively. The highest consumption expressed in DDD/1000 visits was 1.4, 0.5, 0.2 and 0.1, for sodium naproxen 550 mg, ibuprofen 400 mg, diclofenac 75 mg/mL and ibuprofen 100mg/5mL, respectively. In conclusion, ibuprofen 400 mg had the largest number of units dispensed and naproxen sodium 550 mg the one with the highest cost and consumption.
