Consumo de cannabis sativa “marihuana” asociado a las características socio-demográficas de las personas investigadas y/o detenidas por la dirección territorial de policía (dirtepol) – La Libertad, 2011

Resumen
Se determinó la asociación que existe entre el consumo de Cannabis sativa “Marihuana” y las características Socio-Demográficas como son Sexo, Edad, Tipo de crimen y Jurisdicción en la que cometieron el crimen (comisaria P.N.P. de procedencia) de las personas detenidas y/o investigadas por la Dirección Territorial De Policía (DIRTEPOL) en el departamento de La Libertad durante el año 2011, para lo cual se hizo uso de los oficios de solicitud de examen toxicológico para marihuana y las respectivas pericias químico-toxicológicas. Los datos obtenidos fueron: consumo de Cannabis sativa “marihuana” versus el sexo (p = 0.002, OR = 3.797, IC 95%: [1.538 - 9.372]); consumo de Cannabis sativa “marihuana” versus mayoría de edad (>18 años) (p=0.436, OR = 0.768, IC 95%: [0.394-1.496]); Sexo versus mayoría de edad (>18 años) (p=0.618); de cannabis sativa “marihuana” versus edad (por clases) (p=0.210); sexo versus edad (por clases) (p = 0.928); consumo de cannabis sativa “marihuana” versus tipo de delito cometido (p=0.000); sexo versus tipo de delito cometido (p= 0.903); consumo de cannabis sativa “marihuana” versus la jurisdicción en la que cometieron el crimen (comisaria P.N.P.de procedencia) (p = 0.000). Concluyendo que son los varones mayores de 18 años y menores de 24 detenidos por delito contra la salud pública y procedente de las comisarias de la zona de La Esperanza Alta (Bellavista y Jerusalén) los que tienen una mayor susceptibilidad para el consumo de Marihuana.
