Identificación de colorantes artificiales en kétchup, de diferentes marcas expendidas en los principales mercados de Trujillo, septiembre 2021

Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo la Identificación de colorantes artificiales en kétchup, de diferentes marcas gastadas en los principales mercados de Trujillo, septiembre de 2021. Para lo cual se utilizará en 56 muestras de 7 marcas diferentes y de lotes diferentes por marca. Se empleó para la identificación el método de arata Posseto, los resultados fueron 32 positivas y 24 negativas. Del análisis de los resultados se concluye que el 57% de muestras analizadas no son aptas para el consumo humano

ABSTRACT This research work aimed to identify artificial colorants in ketchup, from different brands used in the main markets of Trujillo, September 2021. For which it will be used in 56 samples from 7 different brands and different batches per brand. The Posseto arata method was used for identification, the results were 32 positive and 24 negative. From the analysis of the results, it is concluded that 57% of the samples analyzed are not suitable for human consumption
