Validación del método analítico por UHPLC para la cuantificación de Ácido Acetilsalicílico en tabletas en 100mg

El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo realizar la validación del método analítico por Cromatografía Liquida de Ultra Alta resolución (UHPLC) para la cuantificación de Ácido Acetilsalicílico en tabletas de 100mg. Se utilizó como fase móvil Solución A: Metanol HPLC (900: 100), longitud de onda 281nm, flujo 0,45 mL/min, volumen de inyección 1,5 uL y tiempo de corrida 5 minutos. El método utilizado fue específico para el analito. La linealidad de sistema y linealidad del método presentaron coeficientes de correlación de 0,9997 y 0,9992 respectivamente. Para la repetibilidad se obtuvo un RSD de 0,64%. El RSD para la precisión intermedia resultó 0,89%. En la exactitud el porcentaje de recuperación fue de 100,06% con un DSR 0,50%. En la robustez se evaluó la estabilidad de las muestras en 2 condiciones: en muestras después de 24 horas a temperatura ambiente y en refrigeración, donde se observó que los resultados para Ácido Acetilsalicílico 100mg tableta cumplen con el criterio de aceptación siendo la RSD y la diferencia absoluta entre las muestras iniciales y la nueva condición ≤ 2%. El método analítico por Cromatografía Liquida de Ultra Alta Resolución (UHPLC) para la cuantificación de Ácido acetilsalicílico en tabletas de 100mg cumple con las especificaciones de validación para especificidad, linealidad, precisión, exactitud, robustez. Los parámetros de validación determinados permiten dar como validado el método analítico propuesto
