RESUMEN
La presente investigación “Factores condicionantes e impactos del estrés laboral en personal de la Unidad de Emergencia del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo 2014”, tuvo como objetivo; determinar los factores condicionantes e impactos del estrés laboral del personal de la Unidad de Emergencia del HRDT, con la finalidad de brindar información actualizada y relevante a la institución que le permita formular estrategias orientadas a controlar los impactos de salud en los trabajadores con estrés laboral, fortaleciendo de esta manera la capacidad de afronte del personal contribuyendo a mejorar la calidad de atención que brinda al usuario y sobre todo procurar mayor calidad de la vida laboral del profesional de Salud. El estudio es de tipo aplicativo cuantitativo, método descriptivo transversal y prospectivo. La población fue de 64 trabajadores asistenciales de los servicios de la Unidad de Emergencia del HRDT. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron el inventario de Maslash y el cuestionario de factores laborales. Los resultados obtenidos fueron que el 64% de trabajadores presentan un impacto de nivel de estrés medio, el 22% un nivel alto y el 14% un nivel bajo, respecto a las dimensiones de agotamiento emocional, despersonalización y realización personal, el 56%, 59% y 41% presentan un nivel de estrés medio, el 27%, 25% y 36% un nivel alto y el 17%, 16% y 23% un nivel bajo respectivamente, en cuanto a los factores condicionantes, relacionados con la presión y exigencia, organizativos y relaciones humanas y ambientales, se observa que el 51.6%, 50% y 58% presentan un nivel de estrés medio, el 32.8%, 33% y 22% un nivel alto y el 15.6%, 17% y 20% un nivel bajo respectivamente.
