Abstract

“Servicio de Gestión Ambiental de Trujillo”, does not have a plan occupational safety and health conducive to safeguarding the integrity of its workers from all danger that threatens their health, especially in the most critical area, the Deputy Manager of Public Cleaning; so we have proposed a plan of occupational safety and health for that unit, to minimize the dangers and risks, thus avoiding economic losses either by accident or by sanctions imposed by the Ministry of Labour, according to law. This study was started with an analysis and diagnosis of the current situation of the institution and the Deputy Manager of Public Cleaning safety and occupational health, then apply the matrix hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control, this in order to identify the main hazards and risks to which workers are exposed Public Cleaning; and from this propose corrective and preventive measures in accordance with the provisions of the law of safety and health at work, its rules and amendments. As a result of analysis of the current situation found that Sub Public Cleansing Management complies with 30.52% of the requirements of the rules of safety and health at work, this percentage puts the company on a poor level of compliance, stating that the risks analyzed, then applied the matrix IPERC have been moderate, significant and intolerable level.
