Diseño de un sistema integrado de gestión de seguridad y medio ambiente para reducir los riesgos en una empresa constructora

Resumen
La presente investigación se realizó para demostrar que el diseño de un Sistema Integrado
de Gestión de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente reduce los riesgos laborales e impactos
ambientales de la empresa constructora Roaya S.A.C. Contratistas Generales; la
población está representada por los procesos de la empresa constructora Roaya SAC, la
muestra son 7 procesos de la empresa, el diseño de investigación que se ha utilizado es pre
experimental de pre prueba y post prueba, las técnicas utilizadas para la recopilación de la
información se centró en la investigación bibliográfica de los sistemas integrados de gestión
y las normas OHSAS 18001 e ISO 14001, la obtención de datos se realizó mediante la
técnica de observación directa. Entre los principales resultados tenemos: el sistema de
Gestión actual cumple con 10.15% de los requisitos de las normas OHSAS 18001 e ISO
14001; se identificaron 178 riesgos laborales siendo el 14.61% intolerables y el 48.88%
importantes, así mismo se identificaron 70 impactos ambientales, siendo el 4.29%
significativos. Se planteó un Sistema Integrado de Gestión para la empresa, el cual cumplió
con el 74.1% de los requisitos de las dos normas mencionadas. Ante una implementación de
los controles planteados, se obtendría que no existirían riesgos intolerables y el 14.04%
serian importantes; además de los 70 impactos ambientales ya no habría ningún significativo.
Por lo cual, se concluyó que el Sistema Integrado de Gestión ha permitido reducir los riesgos
de la empresa Roaya SAC.
