Diseño e implementación de un sistema web para realizar el e-voto electoral empleando la metodología ohm en la ciudad de Trujillo, La Libertad

Abstract

The investigation of the present work has been based on the design and implementation of the electronic electoral voting network system (e-voto), using the OOHDM methodology for this purpose, in the city of Trujillo in La Libertad we had to do an investigation of methods of software development available and in particular called Object - Oriented Hypermedia Design Method (OOHDM) which is oriented to the development of web platforms. Over time, traditional electoral processes have presented a series of difficulties, among which we can mention the following: slow voting due to long queues, long trips to the voting centers, in addition to the difficulties encountered in reliability of the results due to the risk of data manipulation. For this reason, the creation and implementation of an electronic voting web system is proposed, which allows voters to make their electoral vote faster than in traditional face-to-face voting. For the implementation of the web system, we established the basic procedures involved in the electoral process and we used the OOHDM methodology.
