Gestión por resultados y calidad del gasto de la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo, 2022

Abstract

En esta tesis de investigación se planteó como objetivo general el determinar la relación que existe entre la gestión por resultados y la calidad del gasto de la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo, 2022. Mediante un diseño descriptivo - correlacional, de tipo cuantitativa se empleó el instrumento de la encuesta correspondiente a cuestionarios para determinar esa relación, se dirigió los cuestionarios a una muestra no probabilística de 144 trabajadores de dicha entidad pública. Finalmente, se concluyó que existe una relación directa y significativa entre la gestión por resultados y la calidad de gasto de la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo, 2022; así como, también existe esa relación directa y significativa entre la gestión por resultados y las dimensiones de la calidad de gasto de la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo, 2022; y, hay relación directa y significativa entre las dimensiones de la gestión por resultados y la calidad de gasto de la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo, 2022.

ABSTRACT The general objective of this research thesis was to determine the relationship between results-based management and the quality of expenditure of the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo, 2022. By means of a descriptive-correlational design, of quantitative type, the survey instrument corresponding to questionnaires was used to determine this relationship, as well as the instrument of data analysis guides. Also, the questionnaires were addressed to a non-probabilistic sample of 144 workers of said public entity. Finally, it was concluded that there is a direct and significant relationship between results-based management and the quality of expenditure of the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo, 2022; as well as, there is a direct and significant relationship between results-based management and the dimensions of the quality of expenditure of the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo, 2022; and, there is a direct and significant relationship between the dimensions of results-based management and the quality of expenditure of the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo, 2022.
