El presente trabajo tuvo como principal objetivo determinar la influencia del uso de un modelo de programación difusa multiobjetivo en la productividad de la mano de obra en el proceso de cosecha del espárrago blanco. Para la contrastación de la hipótesis se empleó el método de diseño pre-experimental transversal, empleándose cálculos para pronosticar el volumen de espárrago proyectándose a partir del muestreo y para obtener la información se empleó la técnica de encuestas y entrevistas. Los resultados mostraron que al emplear un modelo de programación difusa multiobjetivo se puede lograr incrementar la productividad de la mano de obra. La relación obtenida se obtuvo a partir de submodelos de costo, tiempo y producción, empleándose en la solución el programa de optimización de programación matemática Lingo. Con la programación propuesta, la productividad por trabajador se incrementó en 25% en promedio.
