Consumo de Analgésicos Antiinflamatorios no esteroideos dispensados en una Clínica nivel II – 1, marzo 2021 – marzo 2022

Abstract

El presente informe es un tipo de estudio descriptivo, transversal y retrospectivo. Tubo por objetivo determinar el consumo de los Analgésicos Antinflamatorios no esteroideos dispensados en una Clínica nivel II – 1, marzo 2021 – marzo 2022. Cuyas formas farmacéuticas fueron tabletas, capsulas, suspensiones, ampollas y geles. Las unidades dispensadas de los Analgésicos Antiinflamatorios no esteroideos, se extrajeron del sistema Soft Salud durante los meses de marzo 2021 – marzo 2022, del cual se obtuvieron los registros de costos y cantidades dispensadas. En Microsoft Office Excel 2016, se recopilaron y procesaron datos de metamizol 1g/2ml, ibuprofeno 400mg, ibuprofeno 100mg/5ml, diclofenaco 1%, diclofenaco 75mg/3ml, celecoxib 200mg y naproxeno sódico 550mg. El Analgésico Antiinflamatorio no esteroideo de mayor consumo fue el naproxeno sódico 550mg con un consumo anual de 7636 unidades. Mientras que el AINE de mayor costo fue el celecoxib 200mg con un costo de S/. 4497 soles.

ABSTRACT This report is a type of descriptive, cross-sectional and retrospective study. The objective was to determine the consumption of non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Analgesics dispensed in a Level II Clinic - 1, march 2021 - march 2022. Whose pharmaceutical forms were tablets, capsules, suspensions, ampoules and gels. The dispensed units of non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Analgesics were extracted from the Soft Salud system during the months of march 2021 - march 2022, from which the records of costs and amounts dispensed were obtained. In Microsoft Office Excel 2016, data for metamizole 1g/2ml, ibuprofen 400mg, ibuprofen 100mg/5ml, diclofenac 1%, diclofenac 75mg/3ml, celecoxib 200mg, and naproxen sodium 550mg were collected and processed. The non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Analgesic with the highest consumption was naproxen sodium 550mg with an annual consumption of 7636 units. While the NSAID with the highest cost was celecoxib 200mg with a cost of S/. 4497 suns.
