This research work is aimed at determining the quality of service and customer satisfaction in the company “MAKRO SUPERMAYORISTA S.A” – Trujillo City 2013. As a tool for collecting information to design a survey, whose content is aimed at assessing the quality of service and customer satisfaction, which was developed a set of 21 questions. To contrast the assumptions used the descriptive design - trans a single-box; to remove to the subjects of research are applied non-probability sampling for convenience. As a general conclusion it was found that the level of satisfaction of the customers of “MAKRO SUPERMAYORISTA S.A” is a good idea for reliability and good treatment in all its areas.
