INVIERTE.PE y la evaluación de inversión pública en el Gobierno Regional La Libertad

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional informo sobre la experiencia profesional en el Gobierno Regional La Libertad, en materia de inversión pública, en el marco del Sistema Nacional de Programación Multianual y Gestión de Inversiones (INVIERTE.PE). Se planteó la problemática del profesional economista en la formulación y la evaluación de los proyectos de inversión pública, así como la experiencia de evaluar el proyecto “MEJORAMIENTO DEL SERVICIO EDUCATIVO EN EL INSTITUTO SUPERIOR TECNOLÓGICO PÚBLICO MANUEL GONZÁLES PRADA, DISTRITO DE EL PORVENIR - PROVINCIA DE TRUJILLO - DEPARTAMENTO DE LA LIBERTAD”. Se realizó un análisis crítico de la realidad existente en el campo profesional de la inversión pública y se hicieron las apreciaciones críticas y posibles alternativas para la solución de las mismas, las cuales ayudarán de manera eficiente a los futuros profesionales que se dediquen a esta especialidad.

ABSTRACT In the present report of professional sufficiency, I report on the professional experience in the Regional Government of La Libertad, in matters of public investment, within the framework of the National System of Multiannual Programming and Investment Management (INVIERTE.PE). The problem of the professional economist in the formulation and evaluation of public investment projects was raised, as well as the experience of evaluating the project "IMPROVEMENT OF THE EDUCATIONAL SERVICE IN THE MANUEL GONZÁLES PRADA HIGHER PUBLIC TECHNOLOGICAL INSTITUTE, DISTRICT OF EL PORVENIR - PROVINCE OF TRUJILLO - DEPARTMENT OF LIBERTY”. A critical analysis of the existing reality in the professional field of public investment was carried out and critical assessments and possible alternatives were made for their solution, which will efficiently help future professionals who dedicate themselves to this specialty.
