Distorsión armónica en la red eléctrica de Trujillo en función de la demanda de servicio y característica de carga

La energía eléctrica es un servicio básico para el desarrollo de las comunidades. En esta tesis se ha evaluado la distorsión armónica de voltaje de la red eléctrica de Trujillo. Las mediciones del factor de distorsión armónica total de voltaje, THDV, se llevaron a cabo con el analizador de redes TOPAS 1000, de acuerdo con las normas estipuladas en el reglamento de servicios eléctricos del Perú D. S. Nº 020-2001, que establece un periodo de control de siete días, en intervalos de registro de 10 minutos. La toma de datos se realizó en el lado de baja tensión de las subestaciones transformadoras denominado, Punto de Acoplamiento Común (PAC). Se efectuaron mediciones en 117 y 152 PACs durante los 12 meses de los años 2004 y 2005 respectivamente, elegidos en forma aleatoria.
Se encontró que los cuatro primeros armónicos dominantes de la red eléctrica de Trujillo son el quinto, el sétimo, el tercero y el segundo.
Para la distorsión armónica, THDV, en función de la demanda de servicio, se determinó que es en el turno de tarde donde se alcanza los valores más altos de distorsión y, aún en condiciones de demanda mínima, se recibe una señal distorsionada superior al 0.61% de THDV. Para la distorsión armónica en función de la carga, se encontró que en el año 2004, la mayor variación de THDV95 se presentó en clientes comunes (carga residencial – comercial de baja potencia); en el año 2005, la mayor variación de THDV95 se presentó en clientes mayores (industrial – comercial de mayor potencia). En promedio, la distorsión armónica THDV95 evidenció una tendencia creciente a lo largo de los 24 meses. Se determinó la distorsión armónica total de corriente, THDI y el espectro armónico de corriente que inyectan a la red las cargas masivas tales como el computador personal y el televisor a color.
