Consumo de Etanercept en un Hospital de Nivel III – EsSalud, Setiembre 2019 – Febrero 2020

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación es un estudio descriptivo, de corte transversal y retrospectivo, cuyo objetivo general es determinar las características consumo de Etanercept 50 mg en el Servicio de Reumatología y Dermatología del Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray – ESSALUD, Setiembre 2019 - febrero 2020. La muestra estuvo constituida por los registros informatizados de consumo y costo, mensual obtenidos de la base de datos del Sistema de Gestión Hospitalaria, en el periodo Setiembre 2019- febrero 2020. Donde, el sexo con mayor uso en Etanercept 50 mg es el femenino con un 65%. Los grupos etario de mayor consumo de Etanercept 50 mg es el mayor (30-59 años) y adulto mayor (60 años a más), representan el 47% y 48%, respectivamente. El servicio de mayor consumo de Etanercept 50 mg es el de reumatología representando el 92%. Los meses de mayor consumo de Etanercept 50 mg son septiembre, enero y diciembre, representando el 44%, 38% y 11%, respectivamente. Los meses de mayor gasto en Etanercept son septiembre, enero y diciembre, representando en soles a 156,896.58, 136,651.86 y 40,489.44.
