Resumen
El presente trabajo titulado “Influencia del tiempo y la granulometría en la recuperación
de plomo mediante lixiviación por agitación usando ácido cítrico, en copelas usadas.”, se
realizó en el Laboratorio de Procesamiento de Minerales de la Facultad de Ingeniería de
la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo y tuvo por finalidad evidenciar que las variables tiempo y granulometría tienen una gran influencia en la recuperación del plomo, para ello se aplicó el diseño bifactorial con 3 niveles y 3 repeticiones.
El trabajo de investigación realizado presenta dos variables: Tiempo y Granulometría. La
variable Tiempo se estudió en los niveles 30, 60 ,90 minutos y la variable granulometría,
con mallas de - #50 #70, - #70 #100 y - #100 #200. Cada prueba se realizó con 300 gramos de muestra, con porcentaje de sólidos de 33.3%, velocidad de agitación de 335 rpm y a condiciones ambientales.
El mineral de estudio fue copelas usadas de ensayo al fuego del Laboratorio de Procesamiento de Minerales de la Facultad de Ingeniería de la Universidad Nacional de
Trujillo, después de lixiviar según los parámetros mencionados anteriormente, se llegó al
siguiente resultado: según la interacción para Recuperación de Plomo a diferentes mallas
trabajadas, siendo la malla -#100 +#200 la cual se obtiene una mayor recuperación de Pb.
Además, con respeto al tiempo a 90 minutos se obtiene una mayor recuperación de Pb.
Después de la comparación de los resultados obtenidos en el análisis de varianza, con un
nivel de confianza de 95%, se demuestra que las dos variables de estudio influyen significativamente, y que sus interacciones también tienen diferencia significativa sobre
la recuperación del plomo
