dc.descriptionThis paper analyzes the right to the image, its extension and complexity in some sectors of the fashion industry, from the specialized perspective of Fashion Law, especially in Argentina. Thus, I investigate questions about the relevance of the image together with the identity, the extension of this prerogative as support and media, some issues that may arise from copyright and photography. I also reflect on the role of sustainability in the image of the human person.en-US
dc.descriptionEn este trabajo se analiza el derecho a la imagen, su extensión y complejidad en algunos sectores de la industria de la moda, desde la óptica especializada del Derecho de la Moda. Así, presento cuestiones sobre la relevancia de la imagen junto con la identidad, la extensión de esta prerrogativa en tanto soporte y medios, algunas cuestiones que pueden surgir desde el derecho de autor y la fotografía. Asimismo, reflexiono sobre el rol de la sostenibilidad en la imagen de la persona humana.es-ES
