dc.descriptionCriminal Compliance is an emerging issue in Peru, since its development and implementation in Law 30424 in 2016. And it is due to such premature condition that after years of its enactment, certain deficiencies can be observed in the results obtained.That is why the author, in this article is responsible for analyzing the regulation, along with the development and implementation of the same in this period. It raises the different theoretical points that affect the usefulness of the regulations, and that represent the need for a reform that provides the necessary tools to legal entities for a correct implementation of criminal compliance.en-US
dc.descriptionEl Criminal Compliance resulta ser materia emergente en el Perú, desde su desarrollo e implementación en la Ley 30424 en 2016. Y es debido a dicha condición prematura que tras años de su promulgación se pueden observar en los resultados obtenidos ciertas deficiencias.Es por ello que el autor, en el presente artículo se encarga de analizar la normativa, junto al desarrollo e implementación de la misma en este periodo. Planteando los diferentes puntos teóricos que afectan la utilidad de la normativa, y que representa la necesidad de una reforma que brinde las herramientas necesarias a las personas jurídicas para una correcta implementación del criminal compliance.es-ES
