| dc.description | El presente estudio tiene como objetivo describir el vínculo con la figura materna en un grupo
de adolescentes mujeres diagnosticadas con anorexia nerviosa. Como objetivos específicos se
busca explorar el vínculo con la figura materna antes del diagnóstico de anorexia nerviosa,
explorar el vínculo con la figura materna después del diagnóstico de anorexia nerviosa y
explorar el vínculo con otras figuras significativas. Para ello se realizó una investigación
cualitativa de diseño fenomenológico, mediante la entrevista a profundidad. Por ese motivo, se
elaboró una entrevista semiestructurada en base a la revisión teórica, con cinco ejes, los cuales
fueron analizados mediante el análisis temático. A partir de los resultados, se encontró que las
adolescentes perciben una falta de atención de la madre hacia sus necesidades emocionales,
durante la infancia y adolescencia temprana, y experimentan un vínculo materno ambivalente
(cercano – hipervigilante) durante la adolescencia, luego del diagnóstico de anorexia nerviosa.
Asimismo, con respecto a sus vínculos con otras figuras significativas, se halló que las
adolescentes suelen vincularse a través de las comparaciones con otras personas, no
considerándose valiosas y dando valor a la delgadez. Así, se observan dificultades en el vínculo
con la figura materna y en la forma en que se vinculan con sus figuras significativas. | |
| dc.description | This study aims to describe the bond with the mother figure in a group of female adolescents
diagnosed with anorexia nervosa. As specific objectives, it seeks to explore the bond with the
mother figure before the diagnosis of anorexia nervosa, explore the bond with the mother figure
after the diagnosis of anorexia nervosa and explore the bond with other significant people. For
this, a qualitative research of phenomenological design was carried out, through in-depth
interviews. For this reason, a semi-structured interview was developed based on the theoretical
review, with five axes, which were analyzed through thematic analysis. From the results, it was
found that adolescents perceive a lack of attention from the mother towards their emotional
needs, during childhood and early adolescence, and experience an ambivalent maternal bond
(close - hypervigilant) during adolescence, after the diagnosis of anorexia nervosa. Likewise,
regarding their links with other significant figures, it was found that adolescents tend to link
through comparisons with other people, not considering themselves valuable and giving value
to thinness. Thus, difficulties are observed in the bond with the mother figure and in the way
in which they bond with their significant figures. | |
