Operations management is concerned with designing, controlling and improving the processes used to produce goods and/or provide services. This course serves as an introduction to the field of Operations Management. The course will provide you with an understanding of the implications of the many decisions faced by operations managers and will introduce you to quantitative and qualitative tools used to facilitate the decision- making process. Prerequisite Requirements No prior knowledge is assumed in this course. As such there are no prerequisite requirements for OSCM 373.
