Implementación de un centro ambulatorio de prevención de enfermedades cardiometabólicas en Lima Norte, Perú

Abstract

El presente trabajo desarrolla un plan sobre lo necesario para la creación de un centro médico de prevención y atención integral cardiometabólica, que sirva para valorar la viabilidad de la empresa mediante la evaluación de diversos factores y una propuesta de valor.

Se ha elegido este tópico, porque hemos detectado las carencias que existen en atención de salud en nuestro medio, el cual se ha expresado aún más con la pandemia de COVID19, poniendo en evidencia las debilidades e ineficiencias del sistema de salud.

Por otro lado, al tener un sistema de salud fragmentado, con acceso limitado e insuficiente, deriva en que la población busca atención de salud de alta calidad, de manera oportuna e integral, convirtiendo al sistema privado en una opción, que, mediante la entrega de un servicio de calidad y oportuno, representa una gran oportunidad de negocio.

Se plantea ubicarla en la zona norte de Lima, se ofrecerán servicios médicos orientados principalmente a prevención de afecciones cardiometabólicas más prevalentes y su control integral, cumpliendo con los estándares de atención en salud y a la vez ofreciendo soluciones a la población oportunamente, con calidez y empatía.

Analizaremos el contexto actual, el entorno externo, se definirán estratégicamente los objetivos, la misión y visión que se deben alcanzar y la propuesta de valor. Se plantean los recursos necesarios para su funcionamiento con foco en las personas y una estrategia centrada en el paciente, que entregue cuidado de salud basado en valor y al finalizar se analizará la viabilidad económica para poder dar conclusiones y recomendaciones al respecto.

The present work develops a plan on what is necessary for the implementation of a medical center for prevention and comprehensive cardiometabolic care, which serves to evaluate the viability of the company through the evaluation of various factors and a value proposition.

This topic has been chosen because we have detected the deficiencies that exist in health care in our environment, which has been further expressed with the COVID19 pandemic, highlighting the weaknesses and inefficiencies of the health system.

On the other hand, having a fragmented health system, with limited and insufficient access, causes the population to seek quality health care, in a timely and comprehensive manner, making the private system an option, which by providing quality and timely service represents a great business opportunity.

It is proposed to locate it in the northern area of Lima, providing medical services oriented mainly to the prevention of the most prevalent cardiometabolic conditions and their comprehensive control, complying with health care standards and at the same time providing solutions to the population in a timely manner, with warmth and empathy. We will analyze the current context, the external environment, we will strategically define the objectives, the mission and vision to be achieved and the value proposition, a patient-centered strategy, which delivers health care based on value and at the end the economic viability will be analyzed to be able to give conclusions and recommendations in this regard.
