Vivencias en la reinserción laboral de oficiales en situación de retiro del Ejército del Perú

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación fue describir las vivencias en la reinserción laboral en oficiales del Ejército del Perú. Para tal fin, se desarrolló un estudio cualitativo aplicando la técnica de la entrevista semi estructurada a 10 oficiales en situación de retiro, cuyas edades estuvieron comprendidas en el rango de 55 a 65 años. Los principales resultados evidencian que los participantes se identifican con su institución y valoran los aprendizajes que obtuvieron en su vida militar, considerándolas importantes para el proceso de reinserción laboral. Finalmente, se concluye que las vivencias y aprendizajes obtenidos en el desarrollo de las funciones militares favorecen en su reinserción laboral.

The objective of the research was to describe the experiences in labor reinsertion in officers of the Peruvian Army. To this end, a qualitative study was developed applying the semi-structured interview technique to 10 retired officers, whose ages ranged from 55 to 65 years. The main results show that the participants identify with their institution and value the learning they obtained in their military life, considering them important for the process of labor reintegration. Finally, it is concluded that the experiences and learning obtained in the development of military functions favor their reintegration into work.
