Centro Comunitario Cultural para el Desarrollo e Integración Social en base a espacios intermedios en el distrito de San Juan de Miraflores - 2023

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar los criterios de diseño arquitectónico para el desarrollo del proyecto para un Centro Comunitario Cultural debido a la carencia de infraestructura de calidad de dicha tipología en el distrito de San Juan de Miraflores. Para este fin se empleó la revisión documental de textos de carácter arquitectónico como la norma nacional vigente y referentes como libros y artículos pertinentes con el tema de investigación. De igual manera se tuvo en cuenta el análisis de proyectos arquitectónicos nacionales e internacionales de la tipología, con el fin de determinar los lineamientos técnicos que influirán en el diseño del proyecto. Asimismo, para determinar los lineamientos finales del proyecto, se expuso los lineamientos teóricos obtenidos de la revisión documental sobre la variable espacios intermedios, obteniendo como resultado una base para el diseño del proyecto arquitectónico.

The objective of this investigation is to determine the architectural design criteria for the development of the project for a Cultural Community Center due to the lack of quality infrastructure of this type in the district of San Juan de Miraflores. For this purpose, the documentary review of architectural texts was used as the current national standard and references such as books and articles relevant to the research topic. In the same way, the analysis of national and international architectural projects of the typology was taken into account, in order to determine the technical guidelines that will influence the design of the project. Likewise, to determine the final guidelines of the project, the theoretical guidelines obtained from the documentary review on the variable in between were exposed, obtaining as a result a basis for the design of the architectural project.
