Complicaciones obstétricas según características clínico-epidemiológicas de las gestantes COVID-19 atendidas en el Hospital Sergio E. Bernales, Comas. periodo 2020 - 2021

Con la finalidad de tener un panorama amplio de la situación de las gestantes con COVID-19, atendidas en un hospital público, durante la pandemia; se desarrolló una investigación con el objetivo de determinar la presencia de complicaciones obstétricas según las características clínico-epidemiológicas de las gestantes con COVID - 19 atendidas en el Hospital Sergio E. Bernales de Comas en el periodo 2020 -2021. Usando una metodología descriptiva, se estudiaron 200 casos de gestantes COVID-19; de los cuales, se extrajo información relevante, mediante una ficha de recopilación; resultando que, las principales características epidemiológicas fue: una edad de 19 a 35 años (81%), vivir con la pareja (68.0%), instrucción secundaria (93.5%), ser multíparas (47.0%), de parto vaginal (53.0%) y ser obesas (17%); entre sus características clínicas, el 87% resultó asintomática y el 7% tuvo una saturación de 95 a 94%; además, el 61.5% presentaron algún tipo de complicación obstétrica, siendo las más frecuentes: preeclampsia (13%), el aborto (12%), la RPM (10.5%), la anemia (6%) y el parto pretérmino (5%) y de estas, para las asintomáticas fue el aborto. Llegando a la conclusión que: la sintomatología clínica y las características epidemiológicas en las pacientes COVID 19, con y sin complicaciones obstétricas fueron similares.
