Propuesta de mejora en la gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para reducir los riesgos laborales en una empresa constructora de Lima - 2021

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo de qué manera la propuesta de mejora en la gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo basado en la ingeniería de métodos, en sistema ergonómico y un IPERC, reducirá los riesgos laborales en la construcción de un Túnel vial, para reducir riesgos laborales, esto se aplicó en el área de producción, donde se busca mitigar riesgos ,para ello se identificó los riesgos ergonómicos mediante el método Reba , así también se diseñó diagramas de procesos y se planteó el alquiler de maquinaria para reducir los riesgos en algunas actividades, así también se utilizó la matriz IPERC para mitigar otro riesgos identificados, teniendo como resultado la estimación un 50% de minimización de riesgos laborales , por lo tanto se concluye , que esta propuesta de diseño si ayudara a mejorar la gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo..

The objective of this research is how the proposal for improvement in the management of safety and health at work based on method engineering, ergonomic system and an IPERC, will reduce occupational risks in the construction of a road tunnel, to reduce labor risks, this was applied in the production area, where it seeks to mitigate risks, for this, ergonomic risks were identified through the Reba method, as well as process diagrams were designed and the rental of machinery was proposed to reduce risks in some activities, thus the IPERC matrix was also used to mitigate other identified risks, resulting in the estimate of 50% minimization of occupational risks, therefore it is concluded that this design proposal did help to improve health and safety management at work.
