Resumen
This research presents the design of a desalination plant with the use of titanium oxide nanoparticles for better energy efficiency in the evaporation process with solar energy thanks to its properties as photothermic absorbers. The research shows that by incorporating mechatronic and control systems under a system of control panels, solenoid valves, and UVC rays, the process begins with the capture of solar energy through panels that are reinforced with Titanium Dioxide nanoparticles, this implemented with a follower. of light to evaporate the water obtained from the sea, then giving way to the process of condensation, filtration, and chlorination. In addition, the implementation of the proposed plant allows a compact and low-cost design especially for areas near the coast without access to potable water.
